Services are delivered online and on a project or consulting basis. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of work.

Clients engaging MetaPulse Interactive for services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver the agreed services.
• Respond to requests for approvals, feedback, or materials within agreed timelines.
• Ensure that any materials, brand assets, or content provided to MetaPulse are legally owned or properly licensed.
• Comply with the platform terms and applicable regulations relevant to their product or project.
• Notify MetaPulse promptly of any changes in scope, business status, or legal requirements that may affect the engagement.

Delays caused by the client's failure to meet these responsibilities may affect delivery timelines, and MetaPulse will not be liable for such delays.

Client-owned materials: All brand assets, logos, content, and materials provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client.

Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment for a project, ownership of deliverables produced specifically for the client (such as custom creative assets or campaign materials) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

MetaPulse property: All proprietary methodologies, tools, frameworks, and pre-existing materials used by MetaPulse in delivering services remain the intellectual property of MetaPulse Interactive Inc. These are licensed to the client for use within the context of the engagement only.

Site content: All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to MetaPulse Interactive Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.

Specific payment terms, project pricing, and delivery schedules are defined in individual project agreements or proposals. General terms:
